How Truckkaaka collects, uses and protects your information.

Truckkaaka is operated by ASVA Transports Pvt Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Truckkaaka Transporter, Owner and Driver apps and this website, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details — your mobile number, name, language and profile photo.
KYC details — PAN, address, business and GST details, identity documents and a selfie; for owners, bank details.
Vehicle and driver details — truck registration and RC, driver licence and salary settings.
Load, booking and trip details — routes, rates, negotiation messages, ratings and delivery proof.
Location — the Driver app records GPS location during an active trip so the trip can be tracked.
Expenses and media — receipt photos, voice notes and maintenance photos you upload.
Device data — a notification token so we can send you alerts.

How we use it

To sign you in with OTP and keep your account secure.
To verify identities and businesses and to review loads before they go live.
To match loads and trucks, run bookings and track trips.
To show ratings and verified badges on trust profiles.
To process package payments through our payment partner.
To send notifications about loads, bookings, trips and payments, and to provide support.

Sharing

We share contact details only with verified users you do business with. We use trusted service providers for SMS, notifications, maps, cloud storage, document verification and payments, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

Tracking links

When you share a trip tracking link, anyone with the link can see the truck's location for that trip until the link expires.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. We use secure connections, access controls and token-based sessions to protect it.

Your choices

You can update your profile in the app, switch off notifications on your phone, and ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to support@truckkaaka.com.
