These terms apply to the Truckkaaka apps and website, operated by ASVA Transports Pvt Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The platform

Truckkaaka is a technology platform that connects transporters, truck owners and drivers. Transport contracts are made between the transporter and the truck owner. Truckkaaka is not a carrier and does not take possession of goods.

2. Accounts and KYC

You must give true and complete information and keep your OTP private. Posting loads, booking trucks, finding loads and buying packages are available only after KYC approval. We may suspend accounts that give false information or misuse the platform.

3. Loads and bookings

• Loads are reviewed before they go live; we may reject or remove any load.
• A booking is confirmed only when both parties agree on the rate and terms in the app.
• Parties are responsible for the goods, documents, permits, loading and the agreed payments between them.

4. Packages and payments

Transporter packages are priced in the app with applicable GST and paid through our payment partner. Package limits and features are as shown at purchase.

5. Ratings and conduct

Ratings must be honest and based on real trips. Harassment, fraud, fake loads and requests for payment outside agreed terms are not allowed and may be reported in the app.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Truckkaaka is not liable for loss or damage to goods, delays or disputes between users, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
